When to Order

The sooner you know you need cookies the better! You can always contact me for an order inquiry via CONTACT tab. If I happen to be available last minute, a rush fee of $100 will be applied for any order within two weeks of the event date, any order the week of, a rush fee of $250 will be applied.


Pickup and Delivery

You can select pickup or delivery on the inquiry form on our website. We offer the below options in the East Coast of South Florida.

For pickup, our address is 333 E Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432. We are located in the Downtown Boca Raton Mizner Park neighborhood. When you pick up at our home, you will pick up in the lobby. Your order will be boxed and ready for you with our concierge with your name on it.

For delivery, the price varies depending on the distance from our studio plus tolls:

  • Pickup from our home (Boca Raton, 33432) — $0.00
  • For orders within a 5 mile radius of our home, delivery in Boca Raton — $10.00
  • Delivery to Deerfield, Lighthouse Point, Pompano Beach, Delray Beach — $15.00
  • Delivery to Parkland, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Boynton Beach — $20.00
  • Delivery to Tamarac, Lauderhill, Oakland Park, Plantation, Ft. Lauderdale — $30.00
  • Delivery to Weston, SW Ranches Davie, Hollywood, Dania Beach, Wellington — $35.00
  • Delivery to N. Miami, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Palm Beach Gardens — $52.00
  • Delivery to S. Miami, Kendall, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Jupiter — $60.00

Shipping

Cookies are available for shipping!!! We can ship to anywhere in the US.

Each order is very carefully packaged with each cookies individually heat sealed and bubble wrapped for freshness and the cookies are placed into a box with paper shreds on top to add an additional layer of protection.

Once cookies are dropped off at the postal office, I am no longer responsible for the care of the package, how it is handled, lost, or stolen shipment, whereabouts, delays and broken cookies during shipment.

All cookies are made to order and perishable, therefore all sales are final. In addtion no refunds or discounts will be given due to breakage, stolen or lost shipments.

Once your cookies arrive, please keep them in the individual cello bags in a cool dry place at room temperature until the day of your event.

Shipping & Handling for one to two dozen cookies starts at $25 and will increase depending on weight, distance, and packaging materials used. “Shipping” is postage, insurance and tracking. “Handling” covers packaging materials and the time to pack it.

The post office does not guarantee delivery date or insure against breakage.

Please keep the possibility of breakage into consideration when deciding how many cookies to order, also keep in mind there is a risk to having your cookies shipped through the mail


Cancellation Policy

Custom orders are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your order, please cancel a week before your event. I understand things happen, the quicker I know, the better. The $50.00 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE as stated and agreed in the inquiry form.

If for some reason I am medically unable to complete your order, you will be fully refunded.
